As construction managers, we have the technical skills, practical experience and business awareness to ensure that each project receives the careful personal attention it requires. This ensures our ability to optimize developing projects and keep costs and risks to a minimum. For your convenience we offer services for developing feasibility studies, preparing development entitlement and construction processes and schedules, fine-tuning construction documents and coordinating the various parties involved in each project.

Our Construction Services Division has assisted our clients in overseeing construction projects by serving in a variety of roles ranging from periodic site inspections to full-time construction observation and complete administrative support. We have performed comprehensive services on numerous projects including sewer interceptors, subdivisions, residential streets, collector streets, water lines, new storm sewer and storm drainage rehabilitation.

Our construction observers are capable of creating and processing all of the necessary project documentation including daily and weekly reports, pre-construction photos, conversation logs, material delivery reports, pay requests, change order requests, progress meeting minutes and others. They are equipped with surveying instruments to facilitate immediate verification of elevations and grades.
