Peridian Group offers IT services that not many other firms can. The IT Division Manager at PG is not just a computer programmer; his Bachelor of Science degree is in Civil Engineering. Brian Jahelka heads the IT department at PG. It seems as if the number of firms out there offering IT services is infinite, but how many of them can easily understand the needs of a city administrator, a public works director, and a civil engineer?
Mr. Jahelka’s work experience prior to his employment with Peridian Group was with the Kansas Department of Transportation in the Bridge Management division. There, he was the bridge hydrology and hydraulics expert, but much of his time was spent programming time saving applications, internal and external websites, and databases to house the massive Kansas bridge inventory data.
Mr. Jahelka came to the Peridian Group in early 2001 to form the Information Technology division. The IT division takes care of the day to day IT needs at PG, like servers, workstations, hardware, software, networking, and internal and external websites. This is just another great way that we can help deliver client solutions that work, because we deal with what you or your IT department deals with on a daily basis!
