Land Planning

Our planning division assists communities, developers, and builders in residential, commercial, industrial and community long range planning for subdivision development, zoning, parking, platting, site development, image display, site plan development and representation/consultation for city and county deliberation.

Our planning division’s focus is to outline the options available to our client and work with the governing entity’s staff to gain conceptual approval and “buy-in” early in the process. PG will submit the required applications and serve as the client representative before the appropriate governing bodies (i.e., planning commissions, city councils, etc.)

PG’s Registered Landscape Architects have experience in landscape architectural design in both private and public development. They are well acquainted with all aspects of development in the Kansas City region and surrounding cities and counties where they have successfully completed a large number of projects. They are well versed in city and county requirements for land development projects.
