The planning division assists communities and developers in residential and urban long range planning for subdivision development, zoning, parking, platting, site development, image display, site plan development and representation/consultation for city and county deliberation.
Our planning division’s focus is to outline the options available to our client and work with City Staff to gain conceptual approval early on in the process. Peridian Group will submit the required applications and act as a representative for the client to the Planning Commission and City Council.
Mr. Michael Keeney heads our planning division. Founder of Peridian Group, Mr. Keeney has 17 years of experience in landscape architectural design in both private and public land development. Mr. Keeney is well acquainted with residential and commercial development in all surrounding cities and counties where he has successfully completed a large number of projects. Mr. Keeney is well versed in city and county requirements for land development project, which include single family and multi family, retain and commercial projects.
