Peridian Group’s Registered Land Surveyors have a total of 115 years of combined experience. As the division with the most experienced staff at Peridian Group, the survey staff is the pride of our company. We have expertise in research, fieldwork, office computations and related support activities. Each of our four Survey Project Managers is a licensed professional. Because of our experience and the knowledge of our professionals we can offer you not only a quality project, but also a project we will stand behind.
The Survey Division provides property, right-of-way, and boundary surveys; legal descriptions and easements; construction staking (horizontal and vertical control); state plane coordinates, project coordinates, and aerial photography ground control; preliminary design surveys using Radial (EDM) procedures or baseline layout; true north determination and magnetic declination latitude-longitude calculations; precision equipment location (horizontal and vertical); earthwork quantities, ALTA, mortgage title inspections, as-builts, and construction certifications; and use of global positioning satellite (GPS) receivers.
Our clients include commercial developers, single owners, corporations, and state departments of transportation, cities, towns, counties, educational institutions, airports and many others.

Peridian Group maintains a survey staff that averages 20 employees with six surveyor licenses in Missouri and Kansas at this time in order to accommodate our clients demanding schedules.
