Peridian Group was established in 1997 as a small company focused on residential and commercial land development projects in Lawrence, Kansas, and soon launched into a full-service land planning, surveying and engineering firm serving clients in Lawrence and the Kansas City area. Today, our company serves clients from offices in Lawrence and Gardner, Kansas; and Kansas City, Missouri.

Built upon the foundation and principle of "Getting it Done", Peridian Group has experienced tremendous growth over the past 10 years. We learned early on that clients that choose us, want more than just a "set of plans", they want the comfort, confidence and trust that their project will move forward successfully.

Our clients want a partner. Someone they can trust to make decisions with their best interest at heart. So we give them the attention and dedication a partner would. We believe a partner should be trusted, perform, and dedicate themself to the task at hand - so we do it for our clients - we get it done.

We are proud of our 40-plus employees that get it done for our clients. Our professional staff is experienced in all areas of surveying, land planning, engineering, information technology, animation & graphics, construction, finance, and real estate services.
